Only what you type into our forms or send us: your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, your email if you give it, your company if you give it, the city or site, and what you need. We also note which page of the website you sent it from, so we know what you were looking at.
Our forms are delivered by Web3Forms, a service that turns a form into an email to our inbox. If you use a WhatsApp button, your message goes through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. If you email us, it arrives at contact@theforklifter.com.
Only to answer you: to quote, to arrange a rental or a sale, and to follow up on that same enquiry. We do not sell your details and we do not put you on a mailing list.
The partners who run The Forklifter. If a supplier or a transporter needs some of your details to find or deliver your machine, we pass on only what that job needs, and nothing else.
We keep an enquiry for up to 12 months after it is closed, so we can follow up and keep our records, and then delete it. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.
The website is served by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, handles your internet address to send you the pages. We count visits with Ahrefs Web Analytics, which says it uses no cookies and collects no personal data. The text font is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for it.
